Through the new Luxury Collections program, Weichert sales associates have access to a number of marketing resources via the company’s intranet site. The new Luxury Collection listing presentation can be customized to appeal to the specific wants and needs of an individual seller. A customizable leave-behind brochure then provides agents with a compelling marketing piece that recaps and reinforces their listing presentation.
In addition, the Luxury Collections program offers Weichert agents a number of direct mail templates to choose from including just listed, farming and open house announcements. Mailing lists can also be purchased to help market listings. High-quality, color property brochures are also available to sales associates, as well as a number of other resources.
All Weichert listings that meet the minimum price requirements for their region will automatically appear free of charge on www.luxuryrealestate.com, which is ranked first in searches for luxury real estate on Google, Yahoo! and MSN. In addition, the program provides the opportunity to include the listing as a full-page spread in Collections magazine.
